Another Beautiful Health and Wellness Community Day for Elwood

It was another beautiful afternoon on May 1 as the district held its annual Health and Wellness Community Day on the John Glenn JV baseball field. The special event included numerous athletic games from dodgeball to chicken knockout as well as free inflatable games donated by the Elwood Booster Club, Boyd and Harley PTAs, and SEPTA.

“It was great to see the community come out and enjoy themselves at all the events,” said Dave Shanahan, Elwood’s director of athletics, physical education, health and nurses.
